Delete your data
You can ask us to delete what the Messenger assistant holds about you. This page explains what that covers, how to ask, and what we cannot remove.
What we delete
Your conversation with the shop — the messages in both directions, any photos you sent, any voice notes and their transcripts — and the customer record built from it, including the phone number, delivery address and order details it holds.
How to ask
Email us and say you want your data deleted. Include the name of the shop's Page you messaged, and the Facebook account you used if you can, so we can find the right conversation. Send it to eaglesoftcoder@gmail.com or our Facebook Page
How long it takes
We confirm your request, then delete the data and reply to tell you it is done.
What we cannot delete
Your messages also sit in the shop's own Facebook inbox. That copy is held by Meta, not by us, and deleting our copy does not remove it. To remove a conversation from your own Messenger, delete it there.
If you placed an order that the shop must keep for its own accounting or tax records, those records may be kept until the law allows them to be removed. We will tell you if that applies.
If you are a shop owner
Disconnecting a Page from the dashboard stops all messaging at once. To have the shop's stored data removed as well, email us the same way and say so.
