Terms of Service

We provide software that answers customer messages on the shop's Facebook Page using the shop's own catalogue and knowledge, records orders, and lets the owner read and take over conversations. The service runs on Meta's Messenger Platform.

The shop confirms it owns or is authorised to manage the Facebook Page it connects, and that it has the right to let us send and receive messages on that Page's behalf. The shop must keep its catalogue, prices, stock and knowledge accurate: the assistant answers from that data, and a wrong price in it becomes a wrong price quoted to a customer.

By connecting a Page, the shop agrees to comply with Meta's own terms, Developer Policies and Community Standards, and confirms we may act as its agent in operating the Page through the Messenger Platform. The shop may not use the service to send spam, to contact people who have not contacted it, or for anything Meta's policies prohibit.

Do not use the service to mislead customers about who they are talking to, to promise something the shop cannot deliver, or to sell anything illegal. We may suspend a shop that does.

The assistant is built to answer only from the shop's own data, but no automated system is perfect. The shop remains responsible for the price, the stock and the delivery terms it actually offers, and for any order it accepts.

Any fee, message quota and trial period are the ones shown in the shop's own dashboard. Message quotas are counted per shop per month.

A shop can disconnect its Page at any time from its dashboard, which unsubscribes the Page and stops all messages. We may suspend an account that is unpaid, that breaks these terms, or that Meta restricts.

We provide the service as it is. We are not a party to the sale between the shop and its customer, and we are not responsible for the goods, the delivery or the payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
